A common question for new technicians and those who have not been on the Rehlko portal since it used to be Kohler Plus is " where do I find the service manuals, technical tips, and parts bulletins?"
The video below is a quick walk through for Gasoline engines. After logging in to https://partnersportal.kohlerpower.it/ navigate to the "Gasoline Documents" link at the top of the search page instead of searching for a model or serial.
On the next page you will enter your key word to search. It is recommended you search your model number ONLY without the spec.
You can also search for "Composite" for complete listings of all parts made for a model or "similar" for a full listing of engines on a spreadsheet where you can compare features and requirements for replacement.
Helpful Tip: You can use F3 or Control+F to search the service manual and find key words like "adjustment" or "gap".
